Description
Smart and developing Gebwell Gemini heat pump for large buildings represents the most advanced technology in the field.
The Gebwell Gemini Inverter is an ideal heat pump for row houses, apartment buildings and larger warehouses and industrial buildings. The inverter-controlled Gemini Inverter adapts to the building’s heating requirements optimising heating output and, thus, improving cost-efficiency and comfort. The energy efficiency of inverter-controlled systems is pronounced during peak heating requirement, in particular. Read more about inverter technology.
Inverter-controlled with two compressors
Compared to an on/off heat pump, the start-up current in an inverter-controlled Gemini Inverter is smaller, and the output adapts to the heating requirements of the building. The first compressor in a Gemini Inverter heat pump is inverter-controlled and the second is an on/off compressor. This enables simultaneous heating and hot water heating.
Compared to a mechanical valve, an electronic expansion valve adjusts more readily to changes in the environment. As the output of an inverter-controlled compressor varies between 15% and 100%, the valve should be able to adapt correspondingly. An electronic expansion valve controls superheat accurately at both ends optimising the efficiency of the heat pump over it’s entire output range.
Remote control and controller updates conveniently using cloud-based services
The Gemini Inverter heat pumps are connected to the manufacturer’s cloud service enabling remote monitoring via a browser-based Gebwell Smart Control Room and updating the controller with new features using remotes access, for example. Gebwell IoT heat pumps will soon include several additional services to improve user comfort and to enable cost savings.
With a Modbus RTU card, the Gebwell Gemini Inverter can be connected to the property’s surveillance system. The Gemini Inverter heat pump can be used to take advantage of the eco-friendly and affordable ground cooling. The Gemini Inverter heat pumps are designed to be used in combination with custom-built G-Energy accumulators.
