Gebwell Delivered Equipment to District Cooling for Finlayson Area in Tampere

Gebwell supplied customized district cooling substations for the historic Finlayson factory complex in Tampere, a landmark now transformed into a hub for business and culture. The cooling system, part of Tampereen Energia’s eco-friendly network, utilizes energy from Lake Näsijärvi to replace the outdated and costly water-cooled equipment.

Delivered Equipment

Gebwell provided 11 district cooling substations across two project phases, all tailored to site-specific needs. The substations were designed with precise 3D modeling and included components optimized for installation in challenging locations such as rooftops and attics.
