Gebwell Smart pricing

From 1 January 2025, the Gebwell Smart service is included free of charge for the first two years with every Gebwell Smart unit. After that, the property/house owner can choose whether to continue the Gebwell Smart service subscription using the internet connection provided by Gebwell or to connect the device to their own internet connection.

Heat pumps for detached houses (Aries and Qi+)

Gebwell Smart Home

With the Gebwell Smart Home service, the heat pump is connected to the customer’s own internet connection, meaning the internet connection does not come via Gebwell.

• Does not include an internet connection
• Includes the browser-based Gebwell Smart Hub and the Gebwell Smart app
• Includes technical telephone support
• Does not include electricity market control
• Price: €39.90 per unit per year (incl. 25.5% VAT)*

Gebwell Smart Home Plus

The Gebwell Smart Home Plus service includes an internet connection for the heat pump, including data charges.

• Includes an internet connection, including data charges
• Includes the browser-based Gebwell Smart Hub and the Gebwell Smart app
• Includes technical telephone support
• Includes electricity market control
• Price: €79.90 per unit per year (incl. 25.5% VAT)*

Property heat pumps (T3 Inverter and more powerful heat pumps)

Gebwell Smart Property

With the Gebwell Smart Property service, the Gebwell Smart system is connected to the customer’s own internet connection; the internet connection does not go via Gebwell.

• Includes the browser-based Gebwell Smart Hub
• Includes a basic system diagram in the Gebwell Smart Hub
• Includes technical telephone support
• Price: €265 per system per year (incl. 25.5% VAT)*

Gebwell Smart Property Plus

The Gebwell Smart Property Plus service includes an internet connection for the system, including data charges.

• Includes an internet connection, including data charges
• The browser-based Gebwell Smart Hub
• Includes the system’s basic diagram for the Gebwell Smart Hub
• Includes technical telephone support
• Price: €315 per system per year (incl. 25.5% VAT)*

Please note! Use of the Gebwell Smart service requires the heating unit to be within a 4/5G coverage area.

* If the customer is a company, the service will be invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.
