Pertemet Oy joins the Gebwell Group

Gebwell Ltd. has acquired a majority stake in Pertemet Oy, a contract manufacturer serving the technology industry. The transaction supports the Group’s growth strategy and strengthens the smoothness and agility of the manufacturing supply chain. At the same time, Pertemet’s automated production methods and competitiveness will be further developed.

Founded in Leppävirta in 1994, Pertemet Oy specialises in high-quality sheet metal mechanics as well as the manufacturing of other metal products and structures. In 2024–2025, the company carried out a major investment programme focused in particular on increasing automated production capacity and broadening its service offering. Pertemet will continue its operations in Leppävirta at its two production sites, serving the Gebwell Group as well as other customers in the technology industry.

Former entrepreneurs Toni and Eija Teittinen will continue with the company. Olli Inkinen has been appointed as the new CEO of Pertemet and will also continue in his current role as CEO of Pivaset Oy, another Gebwell Group company.
